Important country rules notice: Before ordering, please find out the rules of the country where the order is placed regarding the product, and only then place the order. Eligibility and Responsible Use

In the vapeglobalstore.com electronic cigarette online store, only persons over the age of 18 can buy, who provide valid data during the order, accept the business regulations / general contract terms and consider them binding.

By ordering, the customer declares that he/she understands and accepts the following:

  • Our electronic cigarette products cannot be used by minors under the age of 18.
  • Our products cannot be used by pregnant women.
  • Our products cannot be used by persons allergic to Propylene Glycol (PG).
  • Our products cannot be used by patients with cardiovascular disease or diabetes.

Please use our services only if you agree with each and every point of these General Terms and Conditions and consider them to be binding on you. You can only place an order by accepting these general terms and conditions.

This document will not be filed; it is concluded only in electronic form (it is not considered a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct. Only persons over the age of 18 can receive the ordered package.

Ordering and Contract Formation

  • Products can only be ordered online.
  • The order becomes effective when the online order is confirmed by e-mail.
  • At the same time, a sales contract is created between the customer and the distributor.
  • The purchase price is the consumer price indicated next to the products, which includes the VAT valid for the given country.
  • The total amount of the order includes the shipping cost.

Placing an Order

For the fastest administration, we primarily accept your order in the webshop, but if you have any problems, we will try to help you by e-mail.

Put Item Into the Cart

The product can be purchased in the product list or on the product page. If you need more than one of the selected product, set the quantity to the desired value. The quantities can be modified afterwards by clicking on the heading “Basket”.

In the case of some products, certain properties (e.g. color, nicotine content, etc.) can be selected. Some features (e.g. additional extras) mean additional costs, which are clearly indicated. By clicking on the “Add to cart” button, the given product is added to the cart, and the contents of the cart are displayed. The contents of the basket remain even after leaving the page if you are registered and logged in.

Options in the Cart

The contents of the basket are continuously visible during the purchase in the right-hand sidebar under “Basket”. If you add a product to the cart, it will automatically go to the cart page, where you can change the quantity and remove it from the cart.

The products not removed from the basket are part of the order in the quantity indicated there. You can complete the purchase by clicking the Checkout button, from which point the contents of the basket can only be changed by going back.

Entering Order Data

The following information is required for the order: billing information, delivery information, delivery method, payment method. Please enter this information accurately so that we can deliver the package correctly.

On the confirmation page, please check all data to see if they are correct, then place your order. (For registered customers, the settings made during the last order are saved, which can be corrected here.)

After confirming the order data, the final value of the order is displayed on the screen, which consists of two parts: the value of the ordered goods and (in case of non-personal collection) the shipping cost depending on the payment method (fees are calculated automatically).

Confirmation

Once you have submitted your order, you will soon receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order and confirming that your order has been received by us. We will start processing the order at the same time as sending the email.

If you do not receive this e-mail within a few hours, please contact the operator of the site. (The system does not handle freemail, citromail, indamail, vipmail addresses in most cases, so no messages are sent to them.)

Temporary stock shortages may occur. If one of the products is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

The ordered products are delivered within a working day. The delivery time depends to a large extent on the quantity of orders and their content.

If your order arrives incomplete, you may accept a higher value coupon we issue (usable on your next purchase) or request a product replacement.

Country-specific legality reminder: The conditions for the sale of the product and the rules for its use may differ from country to country. Before making a purchase, please make sure to find out whether you can order the given product in the country of purchase.

Shipments Not Received

The orderer of a returned package will be blacklisted by the system, which means that you will no longer be able to use cash-on-delivery orders.

If the Customer does not receive the product upon delivery or at the (agreed) time, the service provider has the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally and pass on the delivery costs to the Customer.

You will receive information about this by e-mail first. If you do not respond or do not contact us within one working day, we will take the necessary steps with the relevant clerk.

If payment by bank transfer was made in advance and the customer has not received the package within three working days, our employee will contact the customer by phone and discuss a new date.

The costs of repeated delivery, including return delivery, shall be borne by the Customer in all cases and must be settled first; we will send the order afterwards.

If the Customer does not take delivery at the repeated date, the Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally withdraw from the contract and pass on delivery costs to the Customer.

In case of cancellation by the Service Provider, the purchase price paid by bank transfer will be reimbursed interest-free, reduced by shipping costs, within thirty days of the second scheduled date of receipt of the product.

Composition of the Products

The % indicates the strength of the nicotine.

The product contains a cotton pad, which consists of vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, and natural/artificial aroma.

Nicotine products contain added manufactured nicotine salt.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, if purchased online.

We can refund the purchase price only in the case of a product that has not been used and is returned complete and undamaged. (If the product has already been used, the customer can only claim warranty repair or replacement.)

However, if the customer insists on a refund for a product that is already in use, the customer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchased product.

The refund of the purchase price can only be made by bank transfer within 14 days of the arrival and inspection of the goods. In all cases, please include the bank account number and name with the returned products.

The buyer takes care of the shipping costs. We cannot accept the returned package as cash on delivery, as we must make sure that the product(s) are intact before refunding.

Elf Bar Warranty Notes

Some products (Elf Bar electronic cigarettes) are not durable consumer goods; their lifespan is limited. Since the Elf Bar electronic cigarette is not a durable consumer product, only a failure occurring on the day of receipt of the product can be considered a failure, and the warranty can only be enforced in this case.

Please report the error by e-mail by attaching a video.

The suction capacity for 0.30–0.45 seconds of simultaneous use brings the capacity described in the description as “slukk”. The battery consumes more energy during use below 15°C, so this should be considered a factor influencing the capacity of the product.

If the lower LED indicator flashes, it clearly indicates that the battery has naturally run out. This cannot be considered a fault under any circumstances.

For electrically rechargeable devices, a burnt taste or burnout of the atomizer indicates that the product has finally run out and can no longer be used. Burnout of the atomizer is indicated by the lower LED that remains lit after suction. This cannot be considered a fault.

We will replace the defective electronic cigarette product indicated on the day of receipt, depending on stock. The guarantee can only be enforced if the product was sent to us in its original packaging on the day of the defect or within 24 hours after the defect occurred at the latest.

We will send the replacement product only after the defective product has been received and inspected. If the given electronic cigarette product is not in stock, it can be purchased at the purchase price in our store.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer and can be done by post in the original packaging in any case. Any loss or mix-up of the shipment is the responsibility of the sender.

The complaint will be investigated within 5 (five) working days after notification and return. These rights can only be exercised in the case of faulty performance, not in the case of a fault caused by the consumer.

The warranty described above only applies to the given product; it does not cover damage caused by the product or other items.
