Acceptance of Terms

The present Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting on behalf of yourself or an entity (“you”), and Vapegroup s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the vapeglobalstore.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

Our registered office is located at Svätoondrejská 9, 945 01 Komárno, Slovakia, and we are registered under VAT number SK2121750367.

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and trademarks and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or licensed by us. The Content and Marks are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information.

Products

We strive to display product details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free. All products are subject to availability and price changes without notice.

Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. Payments are processed in Euros. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Age Verification

The delivery company may request identification to verify legal age at the time of delivery.

Warranty Terms and Return Policy

Each disposable product must be checked upon receipt.

Certain products (such as the Elf Bar electronic cigarette, Juicy Jane, Vozol, Hitmee, and Vapsolo) are not considered durable consumer goods and have a limited lifespan. Warranty claims must be submitted via email within 48 hours of delivery (for courier shipments).

Disposable items are intended for single use and cannot be repaired. Customers must provide video proof of malfunction for replacement approval.

Estimated puff counts are approximate. Battery performance may vary in low temperatures (below 15°C). Complaints related to battery depletion indicators will not be accepted. Defective products will be replaced subject to availability.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Only unopened products may be returned for hygiene reasons.
